What areas do many of our residents live?
Most of our residents rent properties in the 63108 zip code—the Central West End (CWE). These properties are within walking distance of the hospital campus. 63108 is located north of the hospital campus—On Euclid, Forest Park, Laclede, West Pine, Maryland, Taylor, Newstead and Lindell. Delmar is the street that is the farthest north of the campus that any residents live. We do not recommend properties north of Delmar.

West End Terrace Apartments – Located at Maryland and Taylor and just a 10-15 minute walk away. These apartments are gated and have very few security issues. They offer a 5% rental discount for residents, as BJC (which encompasses St. Louis Children’s Hospital) is a preferred employer. If you wish to look further west of the campus than Brentwood or Webster Groves, very few residents live that far away but any realtor can assist you.
