Dana E. Ankney c
Dr. Ankney is from St. Louis, Missouri, and attended Wake Forest University School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. She then remained at Wake Forest University/North Carolina Baptist Hospital for her pediatric training before returning to St. Louis in July 2008.
Kathleen Berchelmann, M.D. c
Dr. Berchelmann is originally from Darien, Connecticut. She attended Amherst College in Amherst, Massachusetts and The University of Connecticut School of Medicine in Farmington. She completed her internship and residency in Pediatrics at St. Louis Children's Hospital, affiliated with Washington University. She is a member of the American Board of Pediatrics. Dr. Berchelmann has been with the group since July, 2006.
Shobha Bhaskar, M.D. c
Douglas W. Carlson, M.D., Co-director h | c
Dr. Carlson is from Decatur, Illinois and attended
Southern Illinois University School of Medicine in Springfield, Illinois.
He went on to train in Pediatrics at Saint Louis Children's Hospital. He
is currently an Associate Professor with the department of Pediatrics. He
also serves as the director of the C.A.R.E.S. unit at Saint Louis
Children's as well as the director of the pediatric emergency department at
Missouri Baptist Medical Center. He is now the co-director of the
hospitalist program and has been with the group since 1997.

Jonathan C. Chiles, M.D. c
Dr. Chiles is from St. Charles, Missouri and attended the University of Missouri at Kansas City. He completed his training in pediatrics at St. Louis Children's Hospital in St. Louis Missouri and has been a hospitalist since July 1, 2007.
Clayton Cummings, M.D. c
Dr. Cummings is from Kirwood, Missouri and
attended the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Medicine. He
trained in Pediatrics at the University of Louisville at Kosair Children's
Hospital and has been with the group since July 2003.
Yasmeen Daud, M.D. c
Dr. Daud is from St. Louis, Missouri and attended the
University of Missouri at Kansas City School of Medicine. She went on to
train in Pediatrics at the University of Pittsburgh - Children's Hospital
of Pittsburgh and has been with the group since July 2003. Dr. Daud is a
member of the American Board of Pediatrics.

Carolyn Delaney, M.D. c
Dr. Delaney is from North Caldwell, New Jersey and
attended Washington University School of Medicine. She went on to train in
Pediatrics at Washington University Saint Louis Children's Hospital and has
been with the group since July 2003.
Misty L. Deming, M.D. c
Dr. Misty Deming is originally from Dallas, TX area. She attended undergraduate at Harding University in Searcy, AR and went on to medical school at Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, TX. She continued her training in Pediatrics at Children's Medical Center in Dallas and after completing her training worked there in one of the busiest Emergency Rooms in the country as a general pediatrician supervising medical students' and residents' training. She moved to St. Louis in February of 2008 and there began work within the hospitalist group at St. Louis Children's Hospital.
Amanda Emke, M.D. c
Dr. Emke is from St. Charles, Missouri and attended the University of
Missouri-Columbia School of Medicine in Columbia, Mo. She completed
her pediatric training at St. Louis Children's Hospital, affiliated with
Washington University and the Barnes-Jewish Hospital system. She is Pediatric
Course master, 2nd Year at Washington University School of Medicine.
Dr. Emke has been with the group since July 2005. Dr. Emke is a member of the American Board of Pediatrics

Kim P. Hamlin, M.D. c
Dr. Hamlin is from Perryville, Missouri and attended the University of
Missouri School of Medicine in Columbia, Missouri. She went on to train in
Pediatrics at Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital, affiliated with the
Saint Louis University School of Medicine. Dr. Hamlin is a member of the
American Board of Pediatrics and has been with the group since July 2004.

Dr. Hrach is from Cape Girardeau, Missouri and attended Saint Louis University School of Medicine. She completed her residency in pediatrics at the University of Pittsburgh - Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh and has been with the group since July 2005. Dr. Hrach is a member of the American Board of Pediatrics. She is the Co-Director of the SHARP service - the inpatient "Service for Hospital Admissions of Referring Physicians" at Saint Louis Children's Hospital.

Amy L. Lawson, M.D. c
Dr. Lawson is from Joplin, Missouri, and attended the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. She then trained in Pediatrics at St. Louis Children's Hospital. Dr. Lawson is a member of the American Association of Pediatrics as well as the Ambulatory Pediatrics Association and started with the hospitalist group in July 2006.
Jeffrey S. McKinney, M.D., Ph.D. h | r | c
Dr. Jeff McKinney is from Chariton, Iowa. He graduated from the Colleges of Engineering and Medicine at the University of Iowa, and was a Rhodes Scholar at Oxford University. He trained in pediatrics and in pediatric infectious diseases at Yale-New Haven Children's Hospital. He has been elected the pediatric attending teacher of the year at Yale-New Haven and Saint Louis Children's Hospitals, and is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pediatrics.
William A. McManus, M.D. h | c
Dr. McManus is originally from Great Falls,
Montana and attended Saint Louis University School of Medicine. He went on
to train in Pediatrics at Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital in Saint
Louis. Dr. McManus is a member of the American Board of Pediatrics and
has been with the group since December 1993.
Lisa M. Moscoso, M.D., Ph.D. c
Dr. Moscoso is originally from Medford,
Wisconsin and attended Washington University School of Medicine. She went
on to train at Washington University in Pediatrics at St. Louis Children's
Hospital and has been with the group since July 2002. Dr. Moscoso is a
member of the American Board of Pediatrics and the Academic Women's
Network.

Natalia L. Paciorkowski, M.D., Ph.D c
Dr. Natalia Paciorkowski completed M.D./Ph.D. combined degree program at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine. She stayed in Connecticut for her Pediatric residency training at the Connecticut Children's Medical Center. Dr. Paciorkowski joined the group in July 2007.

W. LeGrande Rives, M.D. c
Dr. Rives is from Kirkwood, Missouri and attended
the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Medicine. He went on to
train in Pediatrics at Kosair Children's Hospital at the University of
Louisville. Dr. Rives is a member of the American Board of Pediatrics
and has been with the group since 2000.
Kelly Ross, M.D. c
Dr. Ross is from Saint Louis, Missouri and attended the
University of Missouri-Columbia School of Medicine. She completed her
residency in pediatrics at Duke University Medical Center. Following her
residency, she was in pediatric private practice until joining the
Washington University School of Medicine Department of Pediatrics in 2000.
She is Director of Pediatrics and Newborn Services at Missouri Baptist Medical Center.
Dr. Ross is a member of the American Board of Pediatrics and has been
with the group since July 2000.
Heidi L. Sandige, M.D. c
Dr. Sandige received her MA in Clinical Research and her M.D. at Washington University School of Medicine. Her pediatric residency was completed at Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital in Cleveland. She has been a member of the hospitalist group since July 2008, and spends 50% of her time in Malawi doing research on childhood malnutrition.
Purvi Shah, M.D. c
Dr. Shah is from Bronx, New York and attended the
Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. She trained at Washington
University at St. Louis Children's Hospital in Pediatrics and has been with
the group since July 2003.
Vipul Singla, M.D. c
Dr. Singla is from Lenexa, Kansas and attended the
University of Kansas School of Medicine in Kansas City, Kansas. He went on
to train in Pediatrics at the Children's Medical Center of Dallas,
affiliated with the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Campus. Dr.
Singla is a member of the American Board of Pediatrics and has been with
the group since July 2003. He is the co-director of the SHARP referral
inpatient service and serves as the medical director of pediatrics at
Progress West Hospital.
Mythili Srinivasan, M.D. c
Dr. Srinivasan is from Madras, India and attended the Saint Louis University
for both her M.D. and Ph.D. She went on to train in Pediatrics at Cardinal
Glennon Hospital and has been with the group since August 2000. Dr.
Srinivasan is a member of the American Board of Pediatrics.
Michael P. Turmelle, M.D. c
Dr. Turmelle is from Strafford, New Hampshire and
attended Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. He went on to train in
Pediatrics at the University of Massachusetts and has been with the group
since July 2001.
Colleen M. Wallace, M.D. c
Dr. Wallace is from Springfield, Illinois. She attended the
University of Notre Dame in Indiana, and then Washington
University School of Medicine in St. Louis. She then
completed her pediatrics training at St. Louis Children's
Hospital. Dr. Wallace is a member of the American Academy
of Pediatrics and has been with the group since July 2004.
Melissa A Wood-Katz, M.D. c
Dr. Melissa Wood-Katz is a graduate of the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, Arkansas where she received a BS in Chemical Engineering in May 1998. She received her medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, Arkansas in May 2002. After completing her Pediatric internship and residency at Arkansas Children's Hospital, she moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico in 2005. She practiced Pediatrics in New Mexico for 2 years in an outpatient Pediatric clinic and newborn nursery. She has been with the Pediatric hospitalist group at Washington University School of Medicine since Septermber 2007. She is a board certified Pediatrician and a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
