Introduction

Pediatric Hospitalist Medicine is a rapidly emerging field in pediatric facilities around the country. Pediatric hospitalists responsibilities are varied depending on the institutions needs.

Our Pediatric Hospitalist Group is a section of the Division of Newborn Medicine affiliated with Washington University and serves St. Louis Children's Hospital (SLCH), Barnes-Jewish Hospital and Missouri Baptist Medical Center (MBMC). The group is comprised of board-eligible or board-certified pediatricians who are hospital based.

Mission Statement

We are group of general pediatric physicians dedicated to providing hospital-based care to a diverse patient population. We are committed to the continuity of patient care while providing education to families, medical students and house staff.
