Associate Professor of Pediatrics; Attending Physician in Hematology/Oncology and General Pediatrics; Director Pediatric Bone Marrow Transplant Program

Dr. Shenoy's research interests are focused on transplantation biology and the immunologic mechanisms of graft rejection, and graft versus host disease (GVHD), and immune reconstitution following bone marrow transplantation (BMT). Another area of investigation pursued by Dr. Shenoy is the mechanism of T cell deletion and the role of Fas-fas ligand in GVHD and autoimmune disease.

Dr. Shenoy's clinical research is focused on developing safe and effective non-myeloablative conditioning regimen in stem cell transplantation, especially as it relates to metabolic and non-malignant disorders.
